Create the agent

In the Vocenta dashboard create an agent for the college, pick a persona (Aria for admissions) and a voice.

Feed the knowledge base

Point the crawler at the college domain, then upload the prospectus, fee structure, hostel rules and placement PDFs. Content is chunked, embedded and stored in Supabase (pgvector).

Define actions

Enable 'book a campus visit', 'download brochure', 'send fee details on WhatsApp' and 'connect to admissions officer'. Each action writes a lead row and fires an email.

Embed the script

Paste one script tag before </body>. The widget mounts in a shadow DOM so college CSS never conflicts.

Restrict + go live

Whitelist the college domain, set language set (English/Tamil/Hindi), then publish. Admissions staff watch transcripts and leads in the dashboard.
